FOUNDER CAPACITY

Keep the judgment. Multiply the execution.

A capable founder can understand product, technology and growth—and still have only one person’s time. Forge organizes the engineering work without replacing the owner’s decisions.

01

Skills are not the bottleneck in every team.

A cofounder is valuable when they bring complementary capability and shared responsibility. That is different from needing more hours of implementation. Begin by separating the product decisions only you can make from the engineering work that can follow an explicit specification. Forge gives that work a durable place, an Architect to organize it and a Developer to implement it.

02

Stop carrying the context between conversations.

The requirements, priorities and accepted business rules belong to the Product. Projects express the next improvement. A replacement agent receives the relevant versioned context rather than depending on a copied conversation. This does not make context management disappear; it makes the context explicit and reviewable. Current work and accepted history remain distinct.

03

Review the important decision, not every keystroke.

An explicit execution mode determines which work can continue and where the owner must respond. The Architect reviews implementation and evidence, requests a correction or escalates a real product ambiguity. You can inspect progress and intervene. More autonomy never grants permission to spend without limits, change production silently or invent missing business intent.
